Journey families -
This is Sarah Reiter.
I had the great joy of putting together this week's worship and scriptures.
I hope that you will be empowered in your time of worship.
Take some time as a family Sunday morning to sing some songs and read aloud from God's Word. Then listen and sing along to the playlist as you can throughout the week.
You can find links to the YouTube and Spotify playlists at the bottom of the page.
Don't worry if it's not polished or perfect - God is honored by hearts who worship Him!

How Great Thou Art
We Need an Awakening
Father, we’ve heard of Your fame and Your glory
We’re standing in awe of Your goodness
Trusting in who You are
Jesus, we’ve heard of Your signs and Your wonders
We dare to believe You are able
Trusting in who You are
We need an awakening
Hearts set on fire for the King
We need an awakening
Spirit, we’ve heard of Your power and Your presence
We will contend for Your promise
Waiting for You to come
Rise up, rise up, rise up oh Lord
We have seen You move
So we pray do it again
How long, how long, how long oh Lord
We have seen You move
So we pray do it again

can enjoy. Help us to appreciate the work you are doing in our lives right now,
and help us choose to worship you no matter what circumstances we face.
Thank you, God. In Jesus’ name, AMEN.

Did you know?
Some of the Psalms, such as Psalm 25, 34, 119, and 145, start each line with
a different letter of the Hebrew Alphabet.
Here is my example acrostic poem:
Sing praises to God every day, All the glory belongs to Him. Raise up your voice and shout, Alleluia to God on high; He is worthy of our worship.
This week, make a poem to God using the letters of your name.
If you want a challenge, try making a poem using all 26 letters of the English alphabet!
